I am a foreign Qualified Lawyer (Chile) looking to pursue a career in human rights, strategic litigation and policy development. I strive to become a relevant factor in eliminating the systematic oppression of marginalised communities worldwide, bring the perpetrators of crimes against these communities to justice, and help victims obtain their deserved redress. Given my past experience in both law and philosophy, I have developed a systematic approach to research and perfected my ability to communicate research results clearly. These skills have taken me to not only present my research--in both law and philosophy--in several symposiums and seminars in Latin America, but to also publish it. Recently, I was awarded a distinction grade for my dissertation in the MA in Philosophy programme at King's College London. I am fluent in three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and have exceptional social and teamwork skills. Finally, I am a geek at heart. I DM several Dungeons and Dragons campaigns and have a soft spot for creating and solving puzzles. I find the dispute-resolution aspect of games deeply fascinating, and I believe there is more in common between legal systems and games than meets the eye at first glance.
