Analyze and monitor constantly the financial state of project portfolio and give immediate feedback to PM and management in case of deviations from the Budget. Based on these experiences and knowledge, elaborate together with CFO Budgets and Forecasts.Main Responsibilities1. Safeguard the interests of the company respect to financial equilibrium2. Assure that local and group planning levels are aligned3. Translate all kinds of events into their financial dimension and report the management so right decisions can be taken4. Analyze gaps between planning and actuals figures at projects and company level. Report to mgmt.5. Assist as the internal financial advisor in the development of Project budgets and Resource Planning (monitor them with financial focus together with PMs)6. Analyze deviations between real figures and budgets in projects and assist PMs and management to introduce the right correction measures in case of gaps7. Translate the financial state and perspectives of all projects into the financial perspectives of the whole company and elaborate solutions for optimization8. Assist management with regards to diverse analysis within the framework of Business Administration (statistics, sensitivity models, elaboration of standards and classifications etc.)
