I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of ophthalmic optic and optometry.Currently I develop functions in the technical and training area worldwide for Indizen Optical Technologies (better known as IOT), leading company in the design of ophthalmic lenses where I also direct the area of quality control. My background and experience in the sector together with the sales and marketing departments, have led us to identify needs and opportunities in which IOT has managed to stand out and be crowned as an international reference.Prior to joining IOT, I developed my work as an Optometrist at the International Center of Advanced Ophthalmology (together with Dr. Fernández Vigo) and Cottet Optics.My passion for innovation and development in general and in optics in particular started in my academic beginnings with the Degree in Optics that I expanded with a Master's degree in Optics, Optometry and Vision (technical specialty) both made in the Complutense University of Madrid. At the same time that I was increasing my theoretical experience I also worked in the largest global group of laboratories for the manufacture of lenses, Essilor.What I like most about my job is to be able to apply my optical and production knowledge to make trainings, bring new solutions and identify the ever changing needs of our time.
