As a Senior IP & Capacity Sales Engineer, my responsibilities are considered as an essential function at Telxius Cable USA. These include (but not limited to), closing business deals by conducting technical analysis of special projects for end customers and acting also as a Project Manager during the implementation of the solutions aforementioned. This is key for both detecting sales opportunities and meeting customers’ expectations, resulting in securing and increasing the chances of winning present and forthcoming sales. As a Service Manager I lead post sales process with an ambitious target to provide excellence and simplify operations for our key wholesale customers. I am responsible for the fulfilment of Telefonica’s service and contractual commitments (SLAs) and, therefore, responsable as well for customer satisfaction which is key lever to maintain existing business and also to support new forthcoming sales.The following tasks are under my responsability:• Take ownership of service relationship with Wholesale customers in alignment with commercial strategy with the objective of fulfilling Telefonica’s services contractual commitments.• Optimize the quality of service performance in order to maximize the Wholesale customer satisfaction and customer experience.• Work with the Global Factory Organization (Madrid NOC and region organisations in Brazil, Peru and USA) during both presales and post-sales processes, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.• Feed sales teams to fine-tune sales strategy, identifying strengths and removing pain points.• Define and follow up, with the corresponding organizations, of service improvement plans.• Support the definition and implementation of a Global Customer Care model for wholesale customer/business.• Definition, consolidation and continuous review of KPIs, SLAs and possible penalties.• Promote and to support the creation within Telefonica of the required operational capabilities which are needed in wholesale services.• Deal with the following business estimates:• Sales revenues 60MM€ • OPEX 1.5MM€• CAPEX 5MM€

Smart Steps (big/crowd data) Service & Delivery Manager Responsible for the creation, management and operation of Smart Steps service supported on AWS technology. Service footprint includes LATAM & Europe regions.

Involved in the following 3 projects:a) Bluevia Telenor Program Manager. I was responsible for the Mobile ID and Mobile Payment functionalities deployment in Telenor footprint. b) Global Billing and CRM Program Manager: development and deployment of an electronic credit card payment method and billing as an enabler for Telefonica c) Terabox / 3GBox Global Project Manager: cloud storage service roadmap implementation and integration with Telefonica OBs (Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Brasil)

I participated in the launch of Telefonica Paris office since the very beginning as a startup. As an Operations Manager I was responsible for everything related to Telefonica Wholesale network (deployment of new points of presence, housings and infrastructure, third party contract negotiations like Telehouse, InterXion, Equinix, Bouygues, Orange, SFR etc...). My responsabilities also included the provisioning and implementation of Telefonica Wholesale MNCs customer VPN and mobile projects (Celesio, Fujitsu, Altadis, Inditex etc...)

Deployment of Telefonica Wholesale Core IP/ATM Network Plan. This included equipment purchase, facilities adaptation, interconnection with network point of presence and third parties (Other carriers, gateways, internet, IPX etc...), structured cabling and fiber deployment, Project management activities, issues troubleshooting etc.4 people team coordinator

VPN Service Provisioning Manager activities. Implementation of international VPN projects in Europe, USA, LATAM and Asia regions.
