We support clients mainly in four areas:1. I.T. Procurement – With continued supply chain challenges and inflation, technology procurement is critical. We have strong relationships with dozens of manufacturers, software providers, and partners, so can facilitate competitive pricing, timely product delivery, and quality support. 2. Cybersecurity Services - We adopt a “zero-trust” framework to shield an organization’s vulnerability, including : • Cybersecurity awareness and implementation training • Developing MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) security policy for email and other supported applications • Remote office setup with network security and antivirus 3. Professional Services – We support our clients’ transition to new IT systems and streamlined business processes through network cabling, asset management, onsite and virtual back-up, email and system migration/integration, and superior desktop support.4. Ensuring Reliable Network Connectivity- We implement network failure prevention and ISP load balancing.One example of a recent, complex project was through WL Concepts (who in turn were contracting to Con Ed and the Metropolitan Transit Authority) for auto shows at the Javits Center and Syracuse State Fair. We provided end-to-end technology integration, WIFI access, and AV support/integration to agencies so they could properly support show participants.Other clients include the New York Power Authority, NYC Dept of Education, Metropolitan Transit Authority (for hardware procurement), and the Town of Southampton (for software license renewal).We strive to become a model for other MBE’s and have participated in the Hofstra Long Island Ascend Program, the Empire State BGA Incubator Program, and Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business.
