Teach the fundamentals of Government Acquisition Program Management to new and intemediate Program Managers.

Managed the day to day activities of the front office of a 700 person Information Technology Acquisition Program Office. Oversaw all Program Management and personnel documentation prior to senior leader review and recommended changes to document creator.

Managed the acquisition of multiple Information Technology programs from development to sustainment. Programs include the Strategy Information Management System (SMIS)and the Informations & Resource Support System (IRSS). SMIS hosted the Balanced Scorecard Data for all Air Force Materiel Command and IRSS managed all global Air Force weapon system requirements.

Managed various programs within the U-2 Reconaissance Aircraft Program Office including Life Support, Glass Cockpit Upgrade, Kapton Wiring Replacement, and the Ground Support Equipment Programs.
