He currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII). Following this success, he founded and led VOLARIT in 2017, a startup focused on developing and implementing advanced drone-based technologies for industrial applications.He holds a Master's in Cybersecurity from the Santo Domingo Institute of Technology (INTEC), a Master's in Public Management from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and a Master's in Technology, Learning, and Education from the University of the Basque Country, where he is currently pursuing doctoral studies.In 2023, he was recognized CISO or Cybersecurity Leader of the Year at the Connecta Awards. This award recognizes professionals who have excelled in the field of cybersecurity and demonstrated an exceptional commitment to protecting the data and critical systems of their organizations.He has participated in projects and completed various studies in the United States, England, Wales, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Saint Lucia, and the Dominican Republic.
