Established a START UP magazine dedicated to broadening the appeal of alternative propane fuel usage for automobiles. Sold advertising space, wrote articles and managed distribution of the 24-page publication. Interfaced with Propane Gas Vehicles Department heads at Tropigas and Panagas, and with banking institutions for financing. Managed budget, customer relationships and marketing resources.

Founded a 3-person partnership to open a garage for converting vehicles to propane gas. Developed an affiliation with large gas companies for financing. Managed costs and overhead, and interacted with all players of the business chain.

Expanded the brand by introducing automotive propane and natural gas conversion kits into additional Latin American markets. Given full responsibility to manage sales and existing accounts in Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Colombia, etc. Managed 10 suppliers, administered purchase orders, broadened the supply chain structure and negotiated pricing strategies. Interfaced with suppliers in Italy and the U.S., large gas companies in Latin America such as Promigas and Gas Natural, local shops and garages.
