The 1st Amendment Media Group Organization is an internet Media provider that uses Technology to educate its audience and readers on how to become citizen journalist like us and fight together for the freedoms of all Americans.

Contracting small businesses to provide merchant services with North American BANCARD also creating a web services platforms (SaaS) to give my customers an edge over their competition. This service allows then to create their own web store hosted on my server free of charge, the only requirement is that they must contract their merchant credit card processing through My Small Bizz. This implementation uses HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript on the client side; xBasic object oriented language for the server side; MySQL for the data storage database.

Was In charge of Web and Tandem mainframe mission critical applications throughout their full life cycle. Subject matter expert in the Star debit/credit card transaction switch, Oracle Data Warehouse/transaction repository, exception processing systems and compliance with 31 financial transaction gateways like; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc...During my 11 year tenure at First Data held the positions of Application developer, Sr. Application developer, Systems Analyst, Sr. Systems Analyst and Business Application Architect (director level). Under those functions directed, executed and performed dozens of system analysis, design, development, testing and implementations of business applications. Also migrated applications from legacy Tandem NonStop mainframes to newer Tandem systems and to Unix servers housing an Oracle Data Warehouse and the Web application servlets written in Java with an HTML, JavaScript front-end.Because of my in-house systems knowledge, was considered a major collaborator for most projects, particularly related to the gathering of requirements, integration and redesign of legacy systems into modern Web system applications to be integrated within the corporate portal. Besides these responsibilities also gave maintenance and customer service of existing business applications for our internal business unit customer base.

While completing my Bachelor’s of Science degree, consulted on the automation of Engineering, Surveying and Architectural firms. Recommended, sold to customers hardware/software combinations, installation, training and maintenance. These included networks of Autocad workstations along with other specialized professional trade software and equipment. Contracted Autocad drafting services for various Surveying and Engineering firms.After moving operations to Altamonte Springs, Florida, contracted software development work for different companies like Muscatto Corp, Disney, United Space Alliance and the New York/New Jersey Port Authority on Tandem mainframe client/server environments, HP9000 and HP3000 minicomputer environments.

As the Information Systems Director was in charge of the design, development and maintenance of the in-house business accounting application and statistic software systems, written in COBOL, maintained and migrated from a Texas Instruments 990/10 minicomputer DS10 OS to NEC Astra/32 Astrix OS (Unix System 5) to PC Novel Network and finally in 1987 to a Windows Network.In 1983 became Technical Sales Department Director in charge of brand development, evaluation and research of new products for Engineers, Architects and Surveyors. Negotiated and acquired the dealerships of Autodesk for Autocad drafting software, Hewlett Packard computers, printers, large scale plotters, NEC Unix mini's, PC’s & peripherals, software tools and field equipment for resale. Conducted demos and training classes on the new technologies at Marel's facilities, professional conventions and the College of Engineers and Surveyors of PR.
