Program Director Ibm Digital CredentialsIbm Apr 2022 - Jun 2023Bratislava, SlovakiaI managed the Digital Credentials Program for the IBM Global Skills Initiative Program Director, responsible for all Training Enablement in IBM who reported directly to @Bob McDonald, VP of Client Experience (to whom I provided quarterly reports regularly). I led a global task force of experts in charge of all-matter credentials for IBM, including (HR employee professions, Business Partner incentives based on competencies, Client enablement recognitions, and external 3rd party education Platforms). Watson Research Center in New York, Yorktown Heights, the most prestigious IBM Research location. There I had the opportunity of working closely with world known top scientists, Fellows, Directors, GMs, and VPs. The premise was simple, redesigning and reinventing our IBM flagship education programs to bring the best our company has to offer. To achieve that goal we listened to our communities, we partnered with hundreds of academic institutions across the United States (Ivy League schools, large Research Institutions, HBCUs and Community Colleges).I lead a team that developed a unique set of skill enablement offerings focused on Enterprise Digital Transformation leveraging Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to use technology solutions to solve real-world industry problems.I ran hundreds of workshops at different IBM locations and university campuses in the country, from Massachusetts to Florida, and California to North Carolina, working with Deans, Dept.
