I’m the Founder & CEO of NightLife Brewing Co., where I’ve leveraged my background insales and military leadership to run a successful operation. Over the past 17 years, I’ve honedmy skillset in operational and team management, relationship building, and marketing, witha specialization in the food and beverage industry.Currently, I lead daily operations at NightLife Brewing Co. I’m passionate about creating andpromoting an excellent line of beer and offering a superior experience to our customers.Launching the brewery was a passion project, and I’m proud to have created an incredibleexperience where our customers can enjoy craft brews.Throughout my past roles, I’ve honed my skills in sales, marketing, and team building.NightLife Brewing Co. has been able to build beneficial partnerships with bars and storessuch as Total Wine & Co., promoting our brews to a larger market.I am skilled at looking at problems through a new lens and capitalizing on the strengths of myteam. At the brewery, I’ve created a culture of education and retention. Problem solving is acrucial part of management, and I believe a good idea can come from anyone, not justmanagement. Teams become motivated when their ideas are valued and implemented.My experience as a Sergeant in the US Military developed my skills as a leader and as acollaborative professional. Through the military, I developed a commitment to excellence,and my work ethic and integrity were recognized through several commendations andawards. I’ve carried that work ethic and commitment with me throughout my career, fromsales positions to my current role as CEO of NightLife.I’m looking forward to the next challenge in my career.
