A Chilean advertising executive with a degree in social communication and over 21 years of experience in driving business growth through creativity.He began his career in Chile, working at Young & Rubicam and Lowe. In 2009, he joined Ogilvy, where he remained for three years before moving to Ogilvy Colombia as Head of Art and Regional Creative Director for the Coca-Cola Latin Center Business Unit.In 2013, he was appointed Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy. In 2014, together with other Ogilvy executives, he founded REDNET, an Ogilvy organization that created a centralized, creative, and coordinated service for The Coca-Cola Company in 32 countries across LATAM.In 2017, he became Creative Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy Colombia. In 2021, he took on the additional role of creative leadership for the Ogilvy Andean cluster.Throughout his career, JuanPa has earned more than 400 awards for creativity and effectiveness, including Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, One Show, LIA, El Sol, FIAP, New York Festival, Effie, and Ojo de Iberoamerica.During his ten years in Colombia, his agency was named Agency of the Year by El Sol and the Best Colombian Agency for 6 consecutive years in El Ojo The agency ranked in the top 5 in Crema, the most important regional ranking, for 5 consecutive years, becoming the most awarded creative agency in the country to date.In 2015, 2016, and 2018, he received the award for "Best Creative Director" in Colombia from El Ojo and was ranked the #4 Best Creative in LATAM.
