Lead, structure and participate in M&A processes (Sell/Buy side) across different industries such as: Startups, Forestry, Insurance, Medical Devices, Energy, between others.Lead the Preparation (valuation, marketing materials, process letter), Contact with Potential Investor (long list, short list) and Closing (SPA).Advise in all type of documents related with the transaction: NDA, MOU, SPA, Shareholders agreement, others.Coordinate all type of advisor in the context of an M&A transaction: Legal, Due Diligence, Tax, etc.

Leading three areas: M&A, Valuation and Debt Restructuring.The first business line is M&A transactions across different industries in Chile supporting both buy side and sell side.The second business is Valuation. We make valuations for Investment Funds that according to different regulations in Chile (local regulations and IFRS), they need an independent company to make a valuation of those funds. Also, we make valuation for companies, mainly using DCF and Multiples methods. The third business line is related to debt refinancing for companies. We help them to create a good case for any institution that can lend the money, and allow those companies to continue growing in their business.

Leading the M&A team of the company, we are focusing in M&A Transactions across different industries in Chile and especially in real estate. M&A is our core business line.We prepare a valuation of all the companies that we plan to work with, and we structurate the due diligence process and the negotiation.We participate in meeting with a widely range of experts that help us to develop the business case.

Manager Investment Officer, of the investment fund. With the success of the Investment Policy, the family decided to increase the AUM.We proposed to take under consideration the whole Family wealth (that includes the participation in real companies) to create a new and consolidated Investment Policy.The fund invested mainly in international markets (developed countries) and developed currencies, with the idea to balance the risk of Real Companies that the family holds in Latin America.The Investment Policy was designed to be tax efficient for Chile, and its investment strategy was evaluated every month with a committee.On the other hand, we participated in the transaction process to acquire different assets in Chile. (real state, and corporate)We implemented a two-year plan with goals and objectives to develop the family office.

Assistant Chief Investment Officer, that support the investment fund with analysis of the portfolio (risk and return) by searching and proposing new investment ideas.The fund, was mainly focused in local fixed income and equity, nevertheless the fund also invested a minor proportion in international markets.We wrote an Investment Policy Guidelines for this fund, by defining the Limits of Investment in Equity and Fixed Income. Later we mandate accounts with local and international institutions to administrate this Portfolio.Administration of the company internal process: Transaction Data, Accounting. Monthly Meeting with the counterparts from local and international Banks in which we evaluate: Results, Risk, Return, Maturity, Spread, Cost, investment, among others KPI`s.We advised other areas of the business (Company research, Project Analysis).

Responsible for the strategy and for the risk of about 75% of the funds in WAC Research. In addition, I search and propose new opportunities of investment in fixed income market (corporate bonds) mainly in LATAM and Europe. I started as an analyst by doing fundamental and technical analysis on brazilian, mexican and peruvian companies, on theirs Equities and Fixed Income instruments. After 11 months, I was promoted to be Head of Research.As a Head of Research, I was responsible for the research team that focuses on the coverage of more than 40 companies among Latin America mainly Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.Strategies, presentations and conference calls for retail and institutional clients as AFP Provida. The main objective is the conformation and proposal of asset allocation.
