Throughout these years of work at Volkswagen Argentina, I have managed to incorporate the meaning of the word leadership and the conceptual difference between a leader and a "boss." Day by day I try to improve my leadership qualities by working together with the collaborators in my sector, getting frequent feedback and looking for opportunities for improvement.It is this challenge that motivates me every day to be a better leader and in turn this makes me able to give 100% of my capacity every day.Today I am going through a period of change with greater responsibility and it makes me happy that my employer has confidence in me.
