I'm a seasoned Food & Beverage leader and strategist. My strengths lie in operations management, cost controls, as well as inventory management.Throughout my 12+ year tenure with Eat Drink and Sleep I have been privileged to have taken on roles such as General Manager, Purchasing Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and Lead Operations Manager. The results of this unique venture have given me the opportunity to be a key member at numerous properties EDS has renovated, restructured, or re-branded strengthening my abilities to manage various locations, including multi-venued properties.My experience with Eat Drink and Sleep has taught me this:- I don't care who gets credit. I just want the management team to win. -Show results were made possible as a collective through team effort.- I have big ideas. Lots of others do too, but execution is what counts.- I'm calm and collected no matter what the situation brings. I run towards fires, because in this industry it is what inevitably happens. It's how you put these fires out and what one can take from them, and learn to prevent it from happening again.- I enjoy meeting new professionals in the industry. Getting to share other's experience gives lots of opportunities to build new approaches and open minds to different styles of management execution.
