* Keep the airport's master layout updated, incorporating the changes after being approved by the aeronautical authority.* Develop architectural proposals or infrastructure changes to comply with ICAO, RAV (Regulation Venezuelan Aviation).* Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation, according to ICAO, RAV (Regulation Venezuelan Aviation)* Develop methods for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, risk-based maintenance and condition-based maintenance.* Lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical and civil engineers.* Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical, hydraulic systems and all facilities of all areas of International Airport to ensure functionality and keep operations.* Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities* Allocate workload and supervise staff.* Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary* Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.* Manage relationships with contractors and service providers* Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.* Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
