Senior Video Producer
Current• Serve as the main producer responsible for high-impact productions (including complex projects, executive productions, multi-studio and XFN productions, live productions, event coverage and more).• Provide outstanding customer service and the highest level of quality control for C Level and agency-level video production clients.• Extensive experience running complex, broadcast-level studio productions, control room and crew.• Outstanding communication, organizational and project management skills, as the Senior Producer serves as the client facing POC and must ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are aligned. This role serves as the touchpoint for flow of information between client and the production team.• Produce a variety of video products for broadcasting and video streaming, as well as produced content.• Understanding of how to produce content on a parallax stage and willingness to collaborate with Production Supervisor, XR Director and studio team to develop and improve operational workflows.• Partners with Studio Supervisor to lead and mentor main pipeline producers.• Management of the freelance crew.• Solid understanding of all aspects of video production; including operation of video equipment (portable video equipment, audio equipment, etc.) as well as post-production workflows.• Ability to update and maintain documentation.• Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed and assigned.
