As a Field Engineer, I am hands on with our highly specialised solutions and technologies for the oil and gas industry and I constantly improve my knowledge and skills to ensure a high service quality at the field. As a Field Engineer, I provide project management services and technical support for projects. I am involved in the planning phase through to the design and implementation of solutions. I define the solution in detail along with the approved plan and schedule. I oversee projects through to execution by supervising the offshore team. The primary function of the Support Engineer was to provide direct support to the ongoing development of prospective customers to ensure that Bizagi could meet its growth targets. As a key member of the support services team, the Support Engineer collaborated with client IT and development staff, and with other Bizagi consultants, to transform client requirements into automated solutions using Bizagi’s BPM platform. I provided technical input into requirements for solution processes, including process design, data models, business rules and management information. I assisted in the creation of automated workflow solutions using a BPMs and tested developed solutions for conformance with requirements, and to ensure quality. As a Technical Director, I worked with a great deal of independence and exercised independent judgment in performing a wide variety of duties. This position was responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers and staff. I also acted as field service engineer performing periodic, preventive and corrective on-site maintenance affecting technical issues in a timely fashion.This position served as a technical resource assisting both end users and less experienced support analysts in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues.
