Oversaw the inbound sales funnel (merchants.ubereats.com and 1-833-ASK-EATS) for Uber Eats merchants in the US/C

I worked closely with emerging and mid-sized technology service providers, delivering the insight needed to facilitate growth and accomplish strategic initiatives. My focus was on building collaborative relationships and orchestrating interactions to educate my former clients. I provided a road-map for advice, counsel, and validation that delivered a deep understanding of the needs of the end user, market drivers, competitive landscape, effective positioning around a business issue, and identifying growth opportunities.

Michigan Aquaponics is a sponsored student organization that aims to explore aquaponics technology, an integrated system that grows fish and plants, to address food deserts and agricultural pollution by partnering with community organizations to implement these systems. As Co-President of Michigan Aquaponics, I am responsible for guiding the vision and voice of the team. This was done through leading our weekly Executive Board meetings to discuss funding of our budget, holding leadership accountable to deadlines and goals, and planning the mechanical improvement of our aquaponics systems with my tech-oriented Co-President.I was also involved in financing the systems in coordination with our VP of Business. I organized the alumni fundraising event, Giving Blue Day, and reached roughly $1,200 in funding in one day. In terms of grant funding, we accumulated the most as a listed Dow Sustainability Award project team and recipient of the Nanette R. LaCross Prize, raising $15,000 cumulatively for the year. These funds were used to finance our systems and the development of a commercial scale, 7,000-gallon aquaponics system in partnership with Sustainability Without Borders, a student organization comprised of Masters and Ph.D. candidates. As a result, we were able to finance all four of our projects with a surplus in the budget.

Internship for the summer of 2017 supporting the Lead Analyst in report generation and data analysis. I also worked on a project in R using predictive analytics to determine employee attrition, on a contingent basis, using characteristics of workers such as bill rates in contrast to the market rate, duration of contract, and health of the regional labor market.

I worked within the Procurement Department in the Indirect Materials Team to create a highly customizable balanced scorecard to grade indirect supplier performance using actionable metrics. This facilitated management's ability to select future indirect suppliers based upon their performance. I also consolidated IT spend and purchase order data to enable cost reducing purchase patterns that were presented to the CIO. Another project that I was assigned to was interviewing several Supply Chain Leaders to diagnose any inefficiencies or troubles that they encounter on a day-to-day, quarterly, and yearly basis. This was then presented to Global Procurement Services, an auxiliary support team that assists Supply Chain Leaders on their tasks to enhance the quality of their operations.Working at Steelcase greatly strengthened my analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to communicate and operate within a corporate environment.

I worked during the summers at my family's construction company conducting a wide range of activities such as delivering materials to the job site, generating customers' estimates and invoices, and communicating with clients.
