Current- Part of the Tax Litigation team, ranked Band 1 in Argentina for years. We advise and represent our clients in contentious matters before national and local tax authorities before both administrative and judicial.
- Provides advice to multinational corporations and HNWIs in tax matters, with a focus on transfer pricing, double tax treaties, income tax, tax benefits, tax stability regimes, advance taxes, tax executions, fiscal.
- Main industries: agribusiness, mining, oil & gas, energy and renewables, banks, fintech and payment processing, online platforms.
- Experience in tax strategy and defense in municipal, provincial and national taxes.
- Drafting of declaratory actions; tax refund claims; incidental and autonomous precautionary measures; nullity claims; claims for tax stability regimes; appeals for administrative delay and any other tax related piece.
- Appeals of administrative acts and tax determination procedures.
