• Develop and implement different strategies with the New Verticals Lead to grow the business and improve user’s experience through data-driven decisions and different planning sessions with different teams.• Created and managed analysis dashboards using SQL and Google Sheets, and developed Python solutions for process automation and performance tracking, supporting business strategy and decision-making for the Grocery & Retail Team.• Analyze and identify different fraud MOs in Ecuador and Dominican Republic tracking different metrics and KPIs, and reporting them to the LatAm risk team, while understanding their impact on the business.• Implement new visibility in-app features for the Grocery & Retail vertical in the region and track results to find areas of opportunity in order to increase the share of visibility that the vertical has in the application.• Support the Uber One launch in Dominican Republic and Ecuador being part of the Uber One strike team.

• Develop SQL queries and automated dashboards to reach data-driven results and track key metrics for different business areas. - Prepare comprehensive weekly reports presented to Senior Management, including performance indicators, financial margins, operational expenses among other important results and insights.• Supervise the performance of the operations through the data collected from the databases carrying out analysis, data visualization and providing ideas based on the data.• Support the Account Management team with different partners requests creating queries and reports easy for them to understand.• Analyze and carry out a detailed study of the current Membership situation in the ACA region (Ecuador, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic) to help define strategies and improve the program across the region.
