At Taldig Group, I serve as an Administrative Specialist and Chief Content Manager, providing direct administrative support to the CEO, a former Secretary of State. I am responsible for creating and maintaining web content, designing workflows to capture glocal knowledge across economic, geopolitical, and technological domains. Additionally, I contribute to technology and digital transformation consulting, focusing on driving societal progress, efficiency, and resilience.

Since transitioning to a remote role, my focus has shifted primarily to providing translation support and conducting market and product reports. Previously, while working on-site, I managed European operations for a Chinese Social Casino app, focusing on KPIs analysis using Python and spreadsheets, UI/UX testing, and market research. I delivered product insights through presentations in Chinese to senior management and led app store optimization (ASO) strategies for Google and Facebook, while handling multilingual translations (Chinese to English, Spanish, and French).
