• Produced and executive-produced video projects through the pre-production, production, and post-production phases. Roles on projects included story development, line production, production coordination, budgeting, scheduling, script analysis, equipment negotiations, crew management and salary negotiations, field production, post-production management, and consulting for external clients on how to achieve the desired quality while keeping the project on budget. Projects included feature shorts, documentaries, TV series pilots, PSAs and TV series concept videos.Projects produced in Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and several locations in the United States.• Supervised featured length films on their post-production phase coordinating with editors, graphics artists, sound designers and music composers to successfully deliver a final product according to broadcaster specification.• Advised small to medium size projects on ideal technical workflow to be used during the post-production phase. Analyzed technical issues based on desired workflow use and intended video delivery method. Video project varied from feature documentaries, shorts, music videos, web video, and web PSAs.• Collaborated with clients to help them tell their story using video techniques, creative editing, and motion graphics. Roles performed include: field producer, camera, and editor.

Producer for season 4 of Extreme Lives, a series of shorts documentaries produced in collaboration with the UNDP in Sri Lanka and The Maldives.

Produced a series of narrative short films produced in collaboration with RTA to use as part of their programs preparing the incarcerated for more successful reentry. The shorts are part of an educational toolkit that looks at the emotional/human side rather than the practical side of formerly incarcerated reintegrating (“reentering”) into society. The goal of the program is to assist the incarcerated in preparing and better understanding the many obstacles they could face while reintegrating into society.
