Adhesive Publishing is a sole proprietorship established to secure non-traditional financing for game developers. Accomplishments included completing a multi-million dollar raise with a tier one VC firm, negotiating a multimillion dollar co-investment with a Chinese publisher, and signing an exclusive streaming partnership with Machinima. Also sourced in-game licensing and co-development agreements for Russia, China, Japan, and Taiwan for over $5MM USD and created a prospectus for a network of accredited investors that established a fund oriented toward early stage game companies.

BD lead for all acquisition, investment, licensing, partnerships, strategic planning, and developer relations activities in North America, Korea, and Europe. Negotiated and led due diligence for the largest acquisition to-date for PWRD - Cryptic Studios in Los Gatos ($50MM USD). Negotiated Star Trek license from CBS and D&D Neverwinter Nights license from Hasbro. Sourced and negotiated the first NA development deal, the first F2P distribution partnership with Steam, and the first externally licensed games.

Managed and participated in pitch process for video game titles, licenses, and new business ventures. Participated in mid-term M&A strategy, created criteria and list of target companies. Created internal forecasts and company valuations.
