 Reporting to Procurement head and Project Head. Supplier registration process with documents validation, requirement validation, PO/WO creation and approval from concern authority (ZM/HOD), PO/WO follow-ups for delivery and completion with test of product, Audit for delivered materials with specification of the PO/WO vs received materials or service, Inventory management, Invoice validation, Invoice submission, Payment follow-up with Accounts, Payment advise sending to suppliers, GST filling and return follow ups with suppliers. Procurement of Infra and Automation, packing, consumable, RAW materials, contract management admin & facility. Running operations as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of procurement department. Handling the audit of clients as well ISO 9001, 13485, 27001, 45001 and BSI for the department of Procurement. Infra, CAPEX, OPEX and Project procurement with forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities. Vendor Management, development and evaluation as per requirement and need of materials. Conducting research to ascertain the best products and supplier in terms of best value, delivery and quality. Making PO and validating invoices & doing reconciliation with accounts for outstanding payments and advances. Liaising between supplier, manufacturer, relevant internal departments and customers. Identify potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers and building and maintaining good relationship with them. Analyzing to costing and providing solution to determine the costing. Insuring that all the asset should be under AMC with proper SLA, contracts, escalations and documentation. Doing procurement for the MHE and other assets as per plant requirement in west zone. Best supplier evaluation, supplier development, negotiation, creative thinking, producing effective results, dealing and team management skill. Managing procurement of Direct and Indirect expenses for entire West zone.
