This project represents an interconnection of networks between Dubai Water and Electricity Authority (DEWA) and Abu Dhabi Transmission and Dispatch company (TRANSCO) in Seih Shuaib Area.This interconnection shall be utilized to provide the potable water from DEWA network to TRANSCO under emergency condition.

As part of the project, Musanada will construct an 11km-long road to connect Al Reem Island with Umm Lafina Island, and then connect both islands with Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Road in Abu Dhabi at the intersection with Dhafeer Street.The Contract -2 involves construction of four bridges, two concrete, and two over water bridges to cross over water canals, in addition to a main intersection. It will be a three-lane road in both directions, with a possibility to widen it to six lanes in both directions.The development will be built using arch-shaped concrete tiles to preserve the environment, ensure the flow of water, reduce bad effects on mangroves trees, and enhance the navigation of traffic in the area.

The project consists of construction of Water pipe lines of around 25km, fire hydrant installations, House Connections, various types of manholes in various parts of Al Dhabiya & ADCO area of various diameters of pipe, works includes NDRC, Open Cut, Pressure Testing of pipe lines, Backfilling and testing of each layer, Reinstatement of Asphalt & pavers checking according to the approved drawings and Specifications.The works involved on include:Supervision and Inspection of laying of HDPE pipeline in the excavated trench, quality of bedding material, jointing works, backfilling the pipeline in each layer by layer and taking compaction test. Inspection and checking of constructions of various types of manholes like GVC, CVC, FM, ARV & Washout and its fittings. During construction checking its Rebar, Formwork, Slump test for concrete according to the drawings and specifications. Supervision and Inspection of fire hydrant installations, NDRC works, house connections and Coordination with ADDC representative, conducting pressure test for water pipelines. Supervise and monitor the contractor’s daily works in accordance with specification. Submitting daily reports to the Senior Engineer with site photographs. Submitting NCR for any works that had not done according to the Quality & Specification. Check the project drawing and other relevant specification for familiarization.

YAS Mall Construction Project, Phase 2 Zone ,Yas Island Development Contract No: A430601/2010/C/064 Construction of 18km Roads and parking areas along the Mall perimeter, Five connecting bridges, which connected to northwest and north east car park, five road MSE wall panel. Co-Ordination and Inspection of Sewerage pipelines, Storm water pipelines, Fire Hydrant pipelines and construction of two Attenuation tank.The works involved on include:Supervision and Inspection of each and every layer of road according to the approved drawing, soil suitabilitytest, compaction test, checking temperature, kerb stone and hunching, checking Asphalt pavers and its quality. Inspection and checking of MSE Wall foundations, MSE wall panels, taking compaction test for every layer. Supervision and Inspection of Sewerage and Storm water pipe lines, catch basins, house connections and Coordination with ADSSC representative, conducting leak test, air test, deflection test, and mirror test. Inspection of fire hydrant pipelines and conducting pressure test. Supervise and monitor the contractor’s daily works in accordance with specification. Keep daily recording of the work in tracking drawing and monitor the progress and work completed for documentation and reported it to the Resident Engineer or Civil Engineer. Analyze applicable codes, standards and specifications and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance. Performs and evaluate civil tests such as soil compaction, moisture content, concrete slump, asphalt coring.

Storm Water Drainage for Isolated areas in Al Ain - Contract 2The project consists of construction of Storm water lines and reinstatement of Asphalt Road in various parts of Al Ain of various diameters of pipe around 47km, works includes NDRC, Open Cut, Safety, Testing of pipe lines, Backfilling and testing of each layer, Reinstatement of Asphalt ,Tile and Horticulture Area according to the specification.The works involved on include:Supervision and Inspection of minor and major storm water drainage pipe laying works and structures for the uPVC and GRP pipes in various diameters ranging from 200mm to 800mm etc. all including excavation of trenches with safety, granular bedding, concrete surround, backfilling, jointing, connecting to manholes and chambers etc. Supervision and inspection of road crossing pipelines by Non-disruptive Road Crossing method (NDRC) and Open Cut Method also for different types of pipes including all incidental works. Supervision and inspection of the construction of storm water drainage manholes, Perforated manhole, Outfall, bitumen binding, Catch basins and installation of Gullies (kerb inlet and flush inlet) and its connections including blinding, excavation, backfill and all incidental works in accordance with the drawings and specification. Reinstatement in the Asphalt cut area by backfilling in layers with sub grade, sub base and testing it by achieving the specified MDD and reinstating with base course and wearing course.
