Reorganized a service provider into a staffing services firm in Medical services space.Alternative Energy: Represented an advanced energy technology firm in negotiating a competitive contract with the Department of Defense for a multimillion-dollar contract and served as the Strategy Consultant for the firm’s principal. After review of my academic qualifications and equity market expertise, I was accepted as a FINRA Arbitrator. I have since completed all necessary FINRA training to qualify me for immediate inclusion in the FINRA arbitration process.
