My career at BABC included extensive work with attorneys and staff in most all satellite offices, on a myriad of projects, including complex and multi-faceted legal issues. I traveled to other BABC offices - and various off-site locations - to assist with mock-trials, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and various hearings. I provided support with witness coordination, exhibit preparation, coordination of vendor services, and courtroom media presentations. For a period of 4 months, I worked in our Huntsville office to develop one of the Firm’s first SharePoint sites. As a large international corporation, the client had specific needs that included a highly customized product to be utilized by offices on three continents. I helped develop an operational, easily managed and user-friendly intranet site and wrote a comprehensive instruction manual. This required constant consultation with the client and the Firm’s IT Department. As Systems Administrator, I purchased and maintained the Firm’s inventory of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and copy machines. I was responsible for the coordination of depositions, mediations, and meetings.
