Operation process improvement

 Main responsibilities are to control operation cost to target from cost model: Process, Machine, Personnel, Tools, Maintenance, Raw Material, and Packing. Monitor standard and actually parameter from system; lead and coordinate improvement projects towards cost model; Process line layout and environment definition for process, such as assembly, painting, punching, molding etc.; Follow up Value Stream Mapping to design Automation device to replacement manual operation: such as: auto assembly, auto pick up, auto jig assembly, etc.; Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products for manufacturing process; Fixed assets management and OEU improvement;

 Network/collaborate and communicate effectively within corporation Lean/Six Sigma team to benchmark, share best practices and provide constructive ideas for the benefit of the organization.  Deploy improvement cases for product design、VA/VE、packing、testing 、process、supply chain improvement.  Organize and/or conduct Lean/Six Sigma related training, including Green Belt training and quality tool, to help build a work culture of continuous improvement.  Collaborate with business/functional leaders to identify, plan and implement projects to improve processes to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, effectiveness and any other business objectives.  Engage business/functional leaders in setting and achieving specific goals around Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Work with finance and project leaders to quantify and report the financial project benefits.
