The $400M MI-75 Segment scope includes construction of 8 elevated ramp/freeway overpass bridges, 5 pedestrian bridges, 4 miles of freeway widening, 10+miles of ramps, service drives & local road construction, new shoulder/median barrier, tie-in of 19 newly constructed siphon chambers, demolition of existing bridges/roadways and significant new utility/ITS construction and utility relocation. Senior Project Manager/Estimator/Business Development 08/2018 – 01/2019North City Water District Maintenance Facility Project, ($2.5M LS Project), Shoreline, WAAs the GC, managed self-perform excavation/grading and wet utilities scope and subcontract scope including: demolition, grading, dry utilities, paving, walls/fencing and landscaping. Other responsibilities included targeting of public/private projects to pursue, estimating projects and business development outreach.

Prime Contract/Engineering Manager/Utility Coordinator 01/2011 – 08/2018SR 99 Tunnel Project, ($1.46B D-B Project), Seattle, WAThis Project was a joint venture (Seattle Tunnel Partners) between TPC and Dragados USA. The Project scope includes a 1.7 mile, 58-foot diameter EPB bored tunnel (largest EPB diameter in the world) with cut-and-cover sections and operations buildings on both ends of the tunnel. Project Controls/Project Engineer 01/2010 – 12/2010Greenwich Street Corridor Project ($230M LS Project), New York, NYThis project was located on the World Trade Center (WTC) Site and included installation of the permanent structure for the above ground 1 and 9-line subway and demolition of temporary structure. Top-down construction was utilized to complete the permanent structure (900’ long, 60’ wide) and demolish the existing structure (piles/SOE walls) as excavation progressed.“Podium” Project Manager & MEP Engineer 01/2008 – 12/2009Westgate Planet Hollywood Towers ($500M GMP Project), Las Vegas, NVA 50-story concrete tower adjacent to the existing Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with a 30-month schedule. The building includes 1,250 time-share units, 5-floors of penthouse units and 4-floors of ancillary space (“Podium”) and is 1.9M SF.

Assistant Superintendent/Field and Cost Engineer 05/2006 – 05/2007Large Airframe Maintenance Hangar ($30M Design-Build Project), Anchorage, AKA USACE hangar project that houses C-17, C-5 and 747 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. The project includes a state-of-the-art 38,000 SF maintenance hangar and 16,000 SF of ancillary and shop space.Alaska Area Training Coordinator (held concurrently with primary assignment) 01/2006 – 12/2006Estimator 08/2005 – 05/2006Alaska Area Office, Anchorage, AKQuality Control Engineer/Project Closeout 06/2003 – 08/2005AIA Concourse C Completion ($160M Lump Sum Project), Anchorage, AK This was an Alaska DOT lump sum project with significant design challenges and a project schedule that was accelerated at the request of the Owner to absorb design impacts. The project united 465,000 SF of new concourse with high-end finishes, a new baggage handling system and 10,000 CY of new apron with the existing concourse. The project cost nearly doubled ($86M to $160M), while the schedule grew by only 4 months.

Cost Engineer/LEED Manager/Construction Management Intern 06/2001 – 04/2003Seattle U. Student Center Project ($32M GMP Project), Seattle, WAThis LEED certified project included a new 64,000 SF facility incorporating food service, offices, lounges and locker rooms. The 14,000 SF renovation and structural upgrade of Bellarmine Hall was also part of the project.
