Overall objectives are to protect the Wyndham brand & prevent further escalation of concerns through the Count on Me service philosophy while adhering to the program requirements of the Club as well as sales policies.•Investigates & makes recommendations regarding the resolution of escalated owner & guest cases primarily focused on sales & marketing complaints received from various channels.•Conducts research of contractual & financial documents, account history & documentation, as well as contract standards to identify if a sales compliance violation has occurred. Collaborates with WVO internal support groups. Evaluates best options for resolution by considering all facts attained implications to owners & business, & input of internal partners. •Researches & resolves Better Business Bureau complaints, as well as working closely with WVO servicing units to maintain & continuously improve the WVO rating. •Ensures case information is accurately & promptly tracking & reporting tool. •Partners with regional & site Sales Quality Assurance staff to ensure best practices & emerging trends are identified. •Prepares contract cancellation recommendations for department leadership.

Research cause of negative surveys in reference to resort stays, and coordinate between departments to ensure a positive resolution between the owner and Wyndham. Respond in a timely fashion to negative posts, or questions received through social media outlets.
