CurrentHas 49 years of experience working with the franchise industry first as an administrator of the Michigan Franchise Investment Law (MFIL) enacted in 1974 and subsequently in private industry both as in-house counsel to franchise companies and as an attorney in private practice providing clients with advice relative to federal and state law requirements on a nationwide basis. Served on Governor's Committee to recommend and then support amendments to the MFIL in 1984. Past speaker for Institute of Continuing Legal Education and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants on franchise law topics.
