Senior Engineer, Audio Visual

As the Senior Engineer, Audio Visual’s primary role is to focus on long-term projects that promote end-user engagement and increase efficiency inside and outside the Audio-Visual Department, with some involvement in day-to-day operations. End User training, quality monitoring, and productization are also core to this role. The Senior Engineer will also guide vendor buildouts on new spaces.Essential duties/responsibilities• A/V Design and Administration• Bids and Vendor management.• Develop enterprise accounts with leading manufacturers and vendors.• Develop a 5-year life cycle for all AV spaces.• Comprehensive project management and design of A/V and network systems for all new and newly renovated spaces.• Modernize all team experiences within the company, end user meeting equity. • Standardization of training rooms, large conference rooms, standard conference rooms, and executive offices - company-wide.• Standardize all user interfaces for ease of use across spaces and locations.• Microsoft administration for all A/V endpoints.• Network administration for all A/V endpoints.• Create/Maintain quality and usage statistics within Crestron XIO and Fusion.• Remote monitoring and troubleshooting of all systems.• End User Education• Create and distribute quick-start videos for all A/V devices.• Create course curriculums and offer classes for all A/V devices.• Create and maintain in-room documentation.• Update and maintain all documentation on the Intranet.• Establish future educational initiatives for general Microsoft Teams.• Build upon, create, and maintain internal documentation for all A/V product hardware and software configurations and practices.• Service and Solution Management• Provide all audio-visual solutions as full-service mission-critical offerings consistent across the company.• Define service levels and ensure that they are met across all locations.• Ensure call/video quality is measured, reported, and acted upon
