With over 10 years of experience in education and behaviour analysis, I am passionate about enabling positive change for individuals and communities through evidence-based practices and innovative solutions. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Unicorn Behaviour, I provide behaviour support and intervention to clients with diverse needs and goals, using data-driven and ethical approaches. I also leverage my skills in digital technology and applied behaviour analysis as a Learning Specialist at Wangaratta District Specialist School, where I design and deliver engaging and differentiated curriculum and instruction to students with disabilities and complex learning needs.
