Provide executive leadership as head of NCAA’s Technology Department. Responsible for all aspects of strategic technology planning, budgeting, implementation and support across the national office, membership, and events, including CWS, March Madness Selections, and Final Four.• Developed and implemented the NCAA Evaluation Tool (NET) for DI Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament Team Selections using advanced data analytics technology.• Created the NCAA Transfer Portal, which saved over 32,000 hours of membership’s time in the first year of use and oversaw the transfer of over 15,000 student-athletes in the first year.• Partnered with Genius Sports to design and to implement NCAA LiveStats, which was one of the world’s largest sports technology rollouts. LiveStats provides real-time stats to customers and media partners and generated new revenue streams for the NCAA.• Helped establish the TechStars SportsTech Accelerator Powered by Indy and served as the lead NCAA Liaison to the accelerator.• According to the last two internal Great Place to Work® bi-annual culture surveys, the Technology Department had the highest scores across the entire NCAA.

Led the Platform Support Section, which managed the FBI’s enterprise database, email, unified communication, and virtualization operations. Directed and supervised staff of employees and contractors across three separate operational groups and managed multi-million dollar budget.• Promoted to US General Schedule (GS) Grade 15 and was youngest Unit Chief in the FBI's IT Branch.

Responsible for management and oversight of five FBI Units, which were responsible for the management of all facility, financial, HR, logistic, and security domains within the FBI IT Branch and consisted of over 1,000 staff and a $300+ million budget.

Managed and designed the IT environment at the DoD European Command Joint Intelligence Training Facility.

• Served as Team Lead on a project for a major pharmaceutical company to develop a Human Capital Management Tool, which tracked over 35,000 employees. Role included designing, developing, installing, and testing of the application. • Successfully completed projects with U.S. Joint Forces Command, U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Center, and National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
