• Coached under the overall management of the Child Protection and Education in Emergencies Project Manager and Coordinator to supervise 4 casework officers through the implementation of the Case Management activities in the various communities.• Ensure the provision of quality mentoring, coaching, and supervision of 4 caseworkers’ officers which translates to better delivery.• Supervise and participate in case conferences and case reviews, coordinate with 5 INGO and relevant stakeholders complained in Protection at Bolori II.• Assessed and analyze more than 400 cases manage, are consistent with organizational programming principles and approaches, draw on relevant best practices and lessons learned, • To enable 1,200 children to attain their rights and comply with donor regulations under the non-formal education activities at the Temporary learning space (TLs) @ bolori II.• Provide a coordinated and up-to-date map of existing services to which children and families can be referred to and link 4 caseworkers officers with service providers and effective collaboration.• Educated casework officers on the identification, assessment, and documentation of 400 children (200 Boys, 200 Girls), referral (to relevant services), and follow-up of children at-risk and families through in-home visits if necessary.• Organize weekly and regular case management conferences/ case reviews with caseworkers to adhere, respect, confidentiality, and follow ethical guidelines.
