General Superintendent responsibilities:•Partner with Safety Dept. and project teams to Ensure that Safety is understood, respected, and conveyed to Clients / Owners, Roncelli Employees and Subcontractors as a Core Value within our Company and Project delivery model. •Provide oversight and accountability with Project Teams: Superintendents and PMs to avoid common mistakes. Promote open communication amongst team members early and often, better define the responsibility matrix and promote teamwork.•Continual training of team members, mentoring and delivering a consistent message of being prepared, proactive and raising the expectations of a successful project delivery.•Promoting positive and consistent delivery methods including day to day processes: meetings, documentation, scheduling techniques, look ahead schedules, weekly reporting, morning job huddles, etc.•Provide problem and/or dispute resolution assistance leveraging other projects with preferred subs and experience•Leverage site specific knowledge across all projects to best utilize machine and rental costs between projects working with SPG to make smart decisions and maximize opportunity. •Assist Directors with interviewing, on-boarding and development of potential team members and helping to support and mentor struggling team members. •Develop and further relationships with clients and provide support for future project approaches, staffing models, site logistic plans, etc. •Promote and grow new Business Development opportunities including Fire Stopping, facilities management (CCM), full utilization of SPG while nurturing existing client relationships with Facilities groups, FD&C groups, and end users.Senior Superintendent responsibilities: Accountable for the on site execution of work on one or multiple sites, coordinating the activities of multiple trades (subcontractors) and self perform efforts. Reporting directly to company and client leadership. Schedule and monitor construction activities, progress and quality. Serve as GC’s or CM’s lead site representative with primary responsibility for safety, client relationships, short and long term scheduling, State & Local inspections, conformance with Client & company policies, drawings, specifications and local codes. Work with and lead project Superintendents, coordinators and administrative staff to ensure appropriate communication & documentation with clients at all levels. Participate in Business Development presentations, helping to convey overall project delivery expectations. Helping lead multiple Healthcare Project Teams.
