The provision of interventions for drug and alcohol using clients i.e. carrying out initial assessments, creating care plans with clients, carrying out risk assessments, onwards referrals, offering information on substances, substance misuse, harm minimisation and treatment options, conducting Drug Rehabilitation Requirement assessments for the courts and developing working relationships with both clients and professionals. Working with offenders including Prolific and Offenders and to address thier drug use in order to reduce thier offending.
