As a Food Server at Barons Pub Company Ltd, I provided excellent customer service and teamwork skills for four months, from August to November 2023. I was responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also used a consultative approach to recommend dishes and beverages that matched the customers' preferences and needs. I am currently pursuing my A-Level in Health and Social Care at Brooklands College, where I am learning about various aspects of health, social care, and well-being. I am passionate about helping people and improving their quality of life. I am also interested in developing my skills in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, which I believe are essential for any profession. My goal is to further my education and career in the health and social care sector, where I can apply my knowledge, experience, and competencies to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
