At ABM East Africa, I served as an intern to the system administrator. Bellow were my responsibilities:- Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server- Configuration and maintenance of windows server active directory domain services.- Network configuration and administration including firewalls and VPNs.- Installation configuration of new ICT equipment and Software and hardware maintenance of existing devices.- ICT Support for local and international employees.During my time there I introduced the use of Microsoft SharePoint. I built sites on the company’s intranet that enhanced collaboration between teems within the organizations by allowing easy file sharing and communication.
