Senior management team. Managing the Employability department at EBM, overseeing the advancement of two core employability programmes, supervising two teams and ensuring high quality delivery and achievement of targets. Strategic planning for innovating service provision. Liaising with consortium partners to optimise and develop delivery. Nurturing and strengthening relationships with local organisations.

Senior Leadership team. Worked strategically with the CEO to plan and implement the vision of the organisation to reach disadvantaged young people and provide intervention arts activity. I headed the senior leadership team working closely with Quality Management Officer and Finance Officer. I was responsible for the operations and fundraising, managing the team of coordinators and freelance artists. I oversaw policies and procedures, and innovation of programmes and service delivery.

I set up a new company aimed at empowering the young people of Northern Ireland through media training and coaching workshops. We offered a range of programmes that provide soft skills development and employability skills via creative activities including film production. Unfortunately the impact of COVID-19 has resulted in company closing.An example of one of our project successes was with All Saints Youth Club and Start360 through the ARTiculate fund at Arts Council NI and Public Health Agency. We supported a group of 15 young people in Ballymena over a number of months through our 'Hear My Voice: Bitesize' programme. We facilitated idea generation and planning sessions for the young people to develop and advance their topic of choice which was mental health. Using our expert facilitation, we enabled the participants to push their skill development and increase their confidence and aspiration throughout the training.Under our direction, the young people wrote, planned, acted and produced a film that is their words sharing their thoughts on this vital area for discussion of mental health. We supported the young people to host a launch event inviting members of the public including local Councillors, school Principals and funders. The impact this experience had on the young people has been fantastic, it was an incredibly profound experience for all involved due to the personal connection of the participants to the topic. We look forward to working in partnership with Start360 and All Saints in the future.

Regional lead for UK-wide charity. Within my time at Fixers, I worked on a diverse range of short term arts and media projects. I was the youth coordinator for Northern Ireland, managing the regional element of a national project, and coordinating a small local team. I led on recruitment, budget and networking as well as facilitated delivery with young people working across North and South to generate awareness raising campaigns and produce Broadcast standard films shown on UTV and Youtube.

During my time at ARC, I created an innovative new programme for adults with learning disability to engage with training and personal development while learning about social enterprise. I traveled throughout Northern Ireland working with participants in their local area to embed the learning in their local community and drive forward change on a systemic level by managing the cross-sector partnership group supporting the program. I was an advocate supporting adults with learning disability to find their voice and share their thoughts, thorugh this I facilitated focus groups and drafted consultation documents for government.

I streamlined the monitoring and evaluation procedures in order to create a strategic plan for youth and community engagement. I ran five separate youth programmes ranging from 0-25 year olds, creating content and preparing all elements. I managed a team of volunteers assigning them to the most suitable programme based on their skill set.

Through my time at Cancer Fund for Children, I was involved in every stage of marketing and media campaigns, maintaining the strategic plan of activity. Due to my interpersonal skills, a new role was developed for me to liaise between the Fundraising department and Services department to gather impact and personal stories of young people and their families.
