I am a family law barrister, called to the bar in 2004 and recognised as a leading junior in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. I represent clients in all family law issues, and specialise in the financial consequences of divorce/dissolution and cohabitant claims. My particular area of interest is in financial provision for children (Schedule 1), having authored the relevant chapter in Rayden & Jackson. I am known as a constructive and pragmatic barrister, expert in the technical nuances of the law, but with a human touch. I am a Resolution trained all issues Family Mediator and have a busy mediation practice, primarily by way of solicitor referral.I increasingly sit as an ENE Private FDR judge, dovetailing with my overarching aim to assist in resolving disputes between couples and families by way of ADR and otherwise.
