As head of the Superior marketing program•I managed and implemented all of our digital and print marketing plans, efforts, and outcomes including content creation for social and product development. Instagram following increased by 85% in 16 months. Facebook following increased by over 3k in 16 months. • I created new and increased current revenue streams by increasing merchandise offerings and bringing the brand into the e-commerce space. Merchandise sales increased dramatically year/year.

My time at Render Creative Group was such a great learning experience. I got to sharpen my design, writing, photography, art direction and marketing skills by working on various projects and with a diverse mix of clients. Projects and clients included: Ouachita High Country magazine, Hot Springs Hot Spots, Visit Hot Springs, Low Key Arts, Hot Springs Village POA and many more. I contributed to the team by helping to implement project tracking software and protocols, directing content for publication, working with freelancers and other content producers, helping to plan events, helping clients direct their advertising for best ROI and working closely with our other graphic designer to create eye-catching design for various purposes.

After joining the team in January 2015 I was given a wide range of responsibilities in this growing company. As production manager & digital marketing coordinator I wore many hats. My role included designing and integrating workflow systems that maximized the efficiency and revenue-generation of all departments including sales, inventory, production, logistics, digital and print marketing, and product development. I maintained the e-commerce site and email accounts, worked closely with social media assistants and sales team to create on-brand messaging through dynamic digital and printed content delivered at key points though marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media channels. I collaborated with company leadership to develop new products for B2B and B2C sales and interfaced with customers and buyers to keep ahead of retail trends in home/office décor, art, and photography.

I started at the Oracle as a staff writer in 2006 and then returned as a columnist and photo contributor a few years later, eventually becoming part of the senior staff as Photo Editor. My position on the Oracle staff was very fluid and multi-faceted within the dynamics of our small team. This experience taught me efficiency and teamwork. Along with generating and writing news, feature, and weekly pieces, I produced shoots, images, and graphics. I also created ads while working closely with our business team and clients. Working closely with the editorial and news staff, I played an integral part of improving the visual content of the paper. The changes my colleagues and I made were essential in improving our hard-copy readership numbers as well as our brands online presence and effectiveness.
