An aspiring quality control and assurance professional studied quality engineering management program at Lambton College in Toronto. After graduating in mechanical engineering in 2017, I worked as a production engineer for Pennar Industries, a manufacturing company in India. There, I learned more about the quality field and its elements connected to industrial sectors. As part of the job role which I am responsible for the manufacturing and fabrication of the components and guaranteeing continuous production and material planning. I was assigning the workforce based on shift schedules and specifics, following the production plan and objective.Back then, I was intimately involved with manufacturing and quality services, which motivated me to innovate in this sector to provide a high-quality product. This is one of the reasons to pursue a degree in Quality Engineering Management at Lambton College Toronto.
