• Responsible for gathering relevant ownership data and disclosure information from various custodian banks, financial institutions, and other data sources. • Conducts research, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, to identify accurate shareholder positions and peer performance to deliver shareholder analysis and commentary.• Summarizes key movements and trends in the shareholder base.• Pro-actively engages in regular client outreach providing sector development updates through Improving the understanding of client's Investor Relations workflow to ensure service is aligned with their needs.• Responsible for all tasks related to entering disclosure data into Company's proprietary database.• CMS entry, macro for spreadsheet upload, keying-in bank list data into T3NA, T3G.

• Interacts with the Client, Agents and Counterparts for trade related issues.• Updates daily report of trades for Client’s monitoring.• Undertake special assignments as directed by the Department Manager.• Responsible for helping the Client Operations by performing various amendments on trade bookings.

• Analyzing financial conditions and transactions.• Performs quality checks and reviews on trade instructions prior to submission to the Manager.• Receives and Process Trade instructions through State Street Applications.• Strictly monitoring and ensuring all trades were processed timely and accurately.• Process Cash Balances and Foreign Exchange Trades.

• Participation in the Asset Watch Presentation dealing with the Equities and Bonds Market.• Exposed in different meetings with different department and sub-sectors regarding various transactions and other concerns of the bank..• Assisting the processing of reports of Project Development and Management Office under the regulation of Bangko Sentral.
