I'm a secondary school Careers Leader, Careers Adviser, Careers event organiser - you get the idea! I'm also a freelance writer, Sea Scout leader and LGBTQ role model. I try to take an active role in challenging prejudice and driving forward the EDI agenda. Alongside this I conduct research to create written content for careers websites and publications. Outside of work I am a Sea Scout leader who loves introducing young people to activities and experiences they may not otherwise have been able to access.
