I trained as a coach at Henley Business School. I have over 20 years’ experience working in the professional services sector as chartered accountant and management consultant.I focus on accompanying people through career transition, particularly the progression to senior leadership roles. Often, junior roles favour technical expertise, while senior leadership requires different skills, managing client relationships, winning work, working with colleagues and juniors, team development and culture. We are rarely given the space to explore this transition in a reflective way, to understand our own strengths and to identify the role we can play in organisations. Through my coaching, individuals have the opportunity to reflect on their development needs, bringing the very best of themselves to their work life – with benefits to their employment and sense of purpose and satisfaction.

I provide advice to remuneration committees on all aspects of executive remuneration, specialising in the design of short and long-term incentive arrangements in both publicly quoted and private companies as well as not-for-profit organisations.
