Founder/Owner - Certified Personal-Fitness Trainer who goes to clients' homes to instruct them using customized fitness programs developed for each individual client. Flex Appeal provides the fitness equipment (stability balls, dumbbells, exercise bands, etc) for the client if no equipment is available in their homes. Flex Appeal is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals using a variety of traditional and innovative exercise techniques. Workouts are designed for one-on-one training, partners training, or small group training ( < 6 in a group).
