The Ecodesign Centre was an award-winning international research centre of excellence, making ecodesign happen in policy, education & business through applied research, capacity building & collaboration. Shortly after joining the centre my role evolved to incorporate the Operational Management of the centre's projects, team (of circa 10) & budgets (of circa £2 million). I worked closely with the centre's Director to implement and provide operational feedback on his strategic vision. I streamlined the workloads of the team by improving the centers planning and collaborative working practices.Additional Responsibilities ⇨ I managed the delivery of the Welsh Government's Centre of Excellence contract⇨ Co-developed successful circular economy collaborative research and development bids⇨ Produced research papers & delivered thought leadership talks at international conferences⇨ Produced reports for Welsh Government, European Commission as well as internal stakeholders'LCA to go'​ was a Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) simplifying LCA for SMEs across multiple sectors⇨ I led the communication, dissemination and training work package involving 18 pan-European organisations⇨ This involved developing & delivering an LCA training & mentoring programme for SMEs⇨ I chaired the project's multi-stakeholder steering board and scientific committee where I developed quality assessment and risk assessment processes

Sustainalytics is an award-winning global responsible investment research firm specialized in environmental, social and governance (ESG) research & analysis. During my time there I researched, analysed & rated the ESG performance of international organisations. I also worked with core project team to establish & implement Sustainalytics CSR policies.

I was responsible for the operational lifecycle of TomTom's most popular product ranges (shipping 9 million units annually).
