I lead a team of 15 employees who are responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance to procedures. We participate in new product development teams, batch record review, change control, nonconformances, review of work instructions, responding to customer complaints, direct interaction with customers to support products, manage the product stability program, and support internal, external and supplier audits. I lead a weekly team to review nonconforming product and communications with customers regarding product changes and issues.

I oversee the Quality Assurance group at Promega. . I am responsible for the effectiveness of ISO13485 and 21CFR part 820. My groups manage batch record review and release, Document Control, CAPA, Training, Internal Audit, Supplier Audit, Receipt Inspection, Nonconformances, Change Control, New Product Transfer and Product Stability.

I manage a group of professional scientists who, together, assure product quality at Promega. We are responsible for reviewing manufacturing and quality control procedures, batch records, reviewing data for new products, investigating complaints, maintaining accuracy of all customer facing literature, advise on solving technical problems, developing procedures to meet ISO:13485

I worked for Dr. Robert Metzenberg in Physiological Chemistry and Dr. Eric Selker. Our lab studies the arrangement of 5S rRNA genes in Neurospora crassa. I specialized in molecular biology.
